Texas Gold Jalapeno Poppers

 Mix 1 Package of Texas Gold Dip Mix with 2 - 8 ounce blocks of room tempurature Cream Cheese and set aside for 1 hour. Pre-heat Oven to 375 degrees. Cut 12 Jalapeno Peppers in half. De-seed and de-vein the Jalapeno Peppers. This can be done with a spoon. Cut 12 pieces of bacon in half. Fill peppers with Texas Gold Cream Cheese mix and wrap with 1/2 piece of bacon. Use tooth pick to secure bacon. Place  peppers, face up, on a cookie sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Serve immediately. This makes 24 poppers.

   You will have Texas Gold Cream Cheese left over, this is great with crackers or chips for a snack.

12 - Large Jalapeno Peppers

2 - 8 ounce block of Cream Cheese

1 - Package of Bacon

1 - Package of Texas Gold Dip Mix
